Hi, I have sorted out scripts to hotlink ArcView to both PDF and DjVu documents from ArcView. You probably guessed - little to no exposure to Avenue! I took the script below (that works just fine with Acrobat 5 also; Windows must "redirect it") and modified with the command line that gets the DjVu PlugIn working. Set the script in the hotlink field, tried it Internet Explorer started and document displayed - thanks guys! This scripting stuff can be useful! :-) Next on the list to explore is: - utilise what is loaded with the registry so that Acrobat and the DjVu plugin can be installed anywhere on the user's hard drive (i.e., the 'DOS' pathway is not hard coded) - as you can only hotlink to one document per point, create some custom tools and copy the system scripts so that you can hotlink from one entity to multiple documents based on the pointer tool used Thanks particularly to Marty Benner and Bob Davis!
